IABM Meeting Rooms

We realize how difficult it can be to find suitable, cost effective meeting space during shows and to help members we are able to provide a number of meeting room options at shows.

Meeting room options available at IBC

We have a limited number of small meeting rooms available to hire free of charge on an hourly basis on a first-come-first-served basis (bookings will open 48 hours prior to the show) and a series of larger rooms that are available to purchase for the duration of the show (please be aware, there is limited availability for these rooms so early booking is advised):

5m x 5m Meeting room (holds between 8 – 10 people)

3m x 3m Meeting room (holds between 5 – 6 people)

Each meeting room includes:

  • 1 x table
  • Chairs
  • Lockable door
  • Basic lighting
  • 1 x 13amp power point

We also have a large meeting room which is available to hire by the hour that and includes:

  • Table and seating for up to 26 delegates
  • Screen for presentations
  • Use of general lounges area for networking and canapes following meeting (area will be roped off) if required Catering will be ordered via the Rai and invoiced separately.
