Techex, the Video-over-IP specialist, launches this week it’s 24×7 technical support service. Techex has always prided itself on excelling at supporting their customers which “we do this by keeping technology at the heart of our company and by having our engineers involved in the design, deployment and the support of our solutions out in the field.”, Russell Trafford-Jones, Manager of Support & Services said. “So when you pick up the phone, you won’t be talking to a call centre, rather to an engineer who spends their time with the same equipment you use.”
This builds on Techex’s already successful 365-support offering providing technical support 7 days a week. The new service is intended to support whole infrastructure deployments down to small, critical systems whatever the time of day.
Richard Bailey, Managing Director said ‘We are very excited to be able to offer around the clock service to our customers and pride ourselves on the quality of support we provide. Our on-call team consists only of senior engineers with availability to draw on experience from the wider team at any point.’
Techex is based in Bracknell, Berkshire and is a private company founded in 1972. The company has been exclusively focused on providing IP based solutions since the late 90’s and is exceptionally financially secure with a strong ethic for customer support. Techex’s large design and support team provides one of the highest concentrations of IP and Video knowledge in any equipment supplier or manufacturer in the UK. Techex has close long-standing relationships with many of its customers and is proud to have architected many of the UK’s most critical TV solutions over the past decade. Techex is dedicated to the provision of the right solution for every requirement and was responsible for introducing many well-known brands to the UK market.
Techex has a team of engineers and extensive lab facilities allowing factory acceptance testing and accommodation of test models for fault/bug resolution and testing configurations, new firmware and for proving designs ahead of new projects.
