This member only event will have a short presentation by Stan Moote, CTO at IABM, setting the stage for a lively panel debate by AI experts within different spaces.

The growing assumption that Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning will drive the world has our industry spinning. We have seen tangible results of how big data analysis increasingly drives content choice and delivery – but is this just hyped up as AI and actually just smart data crunching? Does AI have further practical applications within media and entertainment? The APAC region is extremely culturally varied; can applied AI work across regions and countries?

IABM Theatre – Tomorrow’s Media Tool Box – Today

Tuesday 26 June – Innovation Hub (6Q3-04), Suntec Centre

It is one thing to discuss and predict the unknown future of media, however we have knowledge and tools available today that will help BroadcastAsia attendees dovetail tomorrow’s media into their day-to-day projects and workflows.

The IABM Theatre at Broadcast Asia 2018 will include presentations on topics including real-time video over IP, the reality of VR, how to capitalize on social media interactions, and give a clear understanding of microservices. Other topics will include blockchain, virtualisation, OTT/OTA systems, Artificial Intelligence, and targeted advertising.
