IABM Awards for Design & Innovation

The IABM Awards for Design & Innovation recognise innovative products that offer significant solutions or opportunities within the broadcast and media technology industry. There are five awards in total: the highly acclaimed Peter Wayne Award and four further Awards for Excellence. All entries are judged by a panel of international experts who then draw up a shortlist of companies. These shortlisted companies have the opportunity to demonstrate their product in person at IBC in September.

APPLICATIONS HAVE NOW CLOSED FOR THIS YEAR'S AWARDS

Timetable
- Applications close 26th June
- Candidates notified 10th August
- Finalists notified 31st August
- Winners announced (awards ceremony) 12th September

Last year, the Peter Wayne Award was won by Phabrix for their SxA, a handheld 3G/HD/SD-SDI/AES signal generator, analyser and monitor. The four Awards for Excellence were won by Omneon, Quantel, Tandberg and Thomson.
