They are organised by the Digital Communications Knowledge Transfer Network in association with IABM, the industry association who represent broadcast and media technology suppliers worldwide.

The sessions are led by John Ive, Director of Technology at the IABM. John has spent all of his working life in broadcasting and is a Director of the Professional MPEG Forum, a Chartered Engineer, Fellow of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE), a Fellow and Silver Medal holder of the Royal Television Society (RTS).
The Digital Communications Knowledge Transfer Network organizes these events to facilitate collaboration and the exchange of knowledge in the Digital Communications community.
