The IABM Annual Conference is a residential and networking event which commences at 2pm on Thursday and finishes at 2pm on Friday. Accommodation and dinner are an integral part of the conference. Delegates are encouraged to participate on this basis to obtain the full strategic benefit of participation.
Residential Delegate Package
Full event participation including refreshments, drinks reception, conference dinner, ensuite accommodation on the Thursday evening, breakfast and conference lunch together with full delegate binder of the proceedings.
Terms & Conditions
1. All rates exclude delegate parking.
2. All rates are exclusive of 17.5% VAT/Sales Tax which is chargeable regardless of origin of booking or delegate.
3. Where members book non-member guests the non member rate applies for the guest.
4. Residential accommodation includes room and breakfast.
5. We must receive a completed Booking Form and payment may be made online in our secure ecommerce store.
6. Payment is due at the time of booking.
7. Cancellations up to 30 days prior to the conference will benefit from a refund less £25 administration charge.
8. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the conference will require payment in full.
9. Substitutions may be made up to 4pm on Tuesday 27th November without penalty.
10. If paying by credit card note that the Euro and US Dollar prices stated are approximate - the actual amount charged will depend on the rate of exchange at the time of payment.
11. If paying by cheque the stated prices apply regardless of currency.
