BE's STX LP is a small, lightweight low power transmitter scalable from 1 kW to 5 kW with built-in exciter, an emergency backup controller and IP connectivity at a starting price under US$7000! It is designed with independent PA modules to stay on the air at reduced power in the unlikely event that one PA fails, and has a highly efficient cooling system with redundant fans to extend transistor life.
