NEW FOR IBC 2008: RedKey™ 2 IBC 2008 sees the full launch of RedKey™ 2, the latest version of S&T's MHEG-5 middleware engine. It supports all the latest MHEG-5 profiles including Freesat in the UK, as well the Interaction Channel IP connectivity, HD support, an enhanced font renderer and PVR integration. CI+ Browser engine S&T will be exhibiting an engine for the proposed CI+ Browser (Common Interface Plus), available as a standalone product or integrated with the company's RedKey MHEG-5 engine. MHEG-5 Tools Also new at IBC2008 is the latest suite of tools for MHEG-5 applications development and MHEG Controller for managing 'call to action' displays and launch of applications. TSBroadcaster creates MPEG-2 transport streams containing DSM-CC object carousels compliant with the latest versions of MHEG, MHP, OCAP and ETV standards.
