Event Discounts

Please note that restrictions apply. We recommend that you check the rules and conditions that apply for each event before making your booking. In addition, with the exception of IBC members must ensure they confirm with the event organiser that they are IABM members prior to booking. Any queries please contact the IABM directly, info@theiabm.org.

N.B. Associate Members are not entitled to receive benefits which feature discounts from third party event organisations.

IBC, Amsterdam (www.ibc.org)

• 5% discount on first 50sqm of stand space, worth up to €1000.
  IABM discounts do not apply to space booked within the IPTV and Mobile Zones.
  (NB the discount will be applied to the final invoice from IBC and you must comply with IBC payment terms to qualify)

• 5% discount for IABM Members who have not exhibited at the show in previous three years (Discount is available on a one-time only basis and is applicable to both early bird and published rates)
• 10% discount on sponsorship options

• IABM Members that rebook at the show can receive up to 10% discount on the first 30sqm
• IABM Members that exhibit and do not rebook at the show - 5% discount on all stand space until 30 days after the show, then 5% discount on the first 30sqm until 30th October
• 3% discount on the first 30sqm for IABM Members exhibiting in their first year. Offer available until 30th October

• Approx 10% discount on space for all member exhibitors (same rate as JESA members)

NAB, Las Vegas (www.nabshow.com)

• IABM members will get the NAB Show Member Exhibit Space Rates which is a $6.50 per sq foot saving on the Non-Member rate

• 10% discount on stand space for new exhibitors
• 2.5% discount on stand space for all IABM members
• 5% discount on stand space for prompt payment

• 15% discount on stand space for new exhibitors
• 12.5% discount on stand space for those companies that have not exhibited within the last three years
• 2.5% additional discount over and above the existing loyalty discount for all other exhibitors who are IABM members

IABM Annual Conference

• 20% discount on all delegate place for members, worth up to £130
  N.B. IABM Global Members are entitled to one free residential place
