Lewis Eig Joins TV One as a Group Consultant Liaison
11 Jun 2012Lewis Eig has been appointed to act as Group Consultant Liaison for TV One, Magenta Research and Furman, three Nortek, Inc. companies in the Pro A/V market. As their representative to consultants, architects and engineering firms specifying the largest Pro AV projects globally, Eig will enhance the level of education and direct support for system designers across North America for all three Nortek Technology Segment companies.
Lewis has over twenty years’ experience in the Pro A/V industry, beginning as a systems integrator in central Florida, in addition to rental and staging, working as an independent consultant, and becoming Crestron Electronics’ first consultant liaison in 1999. After launching the commercial division of streaming solutions provider NetStreams in 2005, he decided it was time to launch the industry’s first Independent Consultant Liaison service. In 2008, Eig formed The Eig Group to provide a unique service to consultants and engineers in the Pro A/V community. The company was founded as the industry’s only independent consultant liaison service, to educate, inform and assist consultants by providing technical training on a small group of complementary products from a variety of manufacturers.
