The IABM team are responsible for delivering the day-to-day operational services as governed by the Members Board.
This is the team of people who you will see out and about at events and who will assist you when you contact the IABM offices.
Anna is supporting Steve Warner in the development of the IABM Training Academy. Anna is responsible for our online learning management system and works closely with our course trainers to develop our extensive range of workbooks. Anna is the first point of contact for all training enquiries and bookings.
From December 2014 - December 2015 Anna will be taking maternity leave and any training enquiries should be directed to Elaine Bukiej.
Ben works alongside Lisa in the IABM’s marketing team and is responsible for the IABM online and digital presence including the IABM website, email communications, social media and IABM.TV. Please contact Ben if you have any ideas or suggestions for improvements to IABM digital offerings.
As the IABM’s main representative and senior manager in North America, Caryn’s responsibilities include recruiting new members and supporting existing members, developing new business relationships, increasing awareness of the IABM in the vendor and broadcaster communities, and growing the profile of the IABM throughout the North American media industry.
Darren's main responsibilities are to lead IABM’s efforts to transition from service-oriented approach to a sales-oriented, customer service model whilst identifying opportunities for growth in existing and new revenue streams.
Elaine is the primary point of contact for our members and for all enquiries concerning the IABM. She is responsible for maintaining our CRM system and organizing our exhibition presence. Elaine also provides support to the Members Board and Chief Executive.
Fay works alongside Lisa in the IABM marketing team and is responsible for providing support with events, exhibitions and print publications. Please contact Fay if you have any suggestions for future events and with ideas for articles in publications such as the Journal and Annual Review.
Joe of Devoncroft Partners has been appointed to help promote the association within the North American region. Many of you will already know Joe as he has worked in the industry at senior level for many years. He is also familiar with the IABM having previously been a members' board participant.
As well as overseeing the activities of our Standards Monitoring Group and Advisory Board, John also provides leadership for approved projects related to industry strategy and needing industry specific knowledge and has shared responsibility for a number of key business development activities.
Lisa is responsible for all IABM marketing and sales activities. In addition she is responsible for organising our events, our CRM, website and publications. Lisa is your key contact for any enquiries about sponsorship, or media information and is Chair for our Exhibition Task Group. Lisa would be delighted to hear from anyone that has feedback, both positive and negative on how we can enhance any of the IABM’s activities.
Lorenzo holds a BSc in Economics and a MSc in Business Economics and is responsible for the development of IABM's market intelligence moving forward.
Lucinda is Finance Director and Company Secretary for the IABM and has been with the Association since 2006. She is responsible for the IABM’s financial, legal and corporate matters and is a qualified chartered accountant having trained with Deloitte Haskins and Sells (now PwC).
Peter is the IABM’s main representative and senior manager in APAC. Peter's responsibilities include recruiting new members and supporting existing members, developing new business relationships and increasing awareness of the IABM throughout the APAC region.
As Chief Executive, Peter’s responsibilities include the development and implementation of the association’s strategies; representing our members at executive level to organizations around the world and overseeing the smooth running of the IABM. Together with the whole team, Peter is focussed on establishing the IABM as the authoritative voice of the industry.
Originally Peter qualified as an accountant and before joining IABM he enjoyed a long career as the FD and then CEO of many complex organizations across a number of sectors including, printing and graphics, direct response and direct marketing, high tech capital equipment manufacturing and nursery products design, manufacturing and retail. He has also been a Tutor at the Leadership Trust, a consultant for lean manufacturing, best practice and Kaizen and Chair of PE backed businesses.
Sonali supports Lucinda in the day to day operation of the finance function, including preparing the management accounts and is the first port of call for any invoice or payment queries. Sonali is currently studying for her CIMA qualification.
Steve is tasked with developing and managing the IABM Training Academy. He has many years experience including instructional design and training delivery as well as staff development and training management in various organisations. His knowledge, skills and experience will be essential to support the growth of our Academy and to ensure our offerings meet the requirements of the industry.
